Blow the Tower
Your mission in this paintball team building activity is to take control of the missile launch bunker and try to blow the opposition tower with the on-the-shoulder paintball rocket launcher.

This one is very visual with a big bang.

Bomb the Base
You and your paintball team must enter enemy territory and locate the bomb. With the timer already ticking you must carry the device into the enemy base and hit the plunger which will give you 5 seconds to dive for cover. The fact that the bomb has a mercury tilt switch and will go off if you don’t carry it level adds to the adrenalin rush.
